Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Bitusfulfillment.We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your service. Here is our return and refund policy to help you quickly understand our processes in case you encounter any issues.
Order Issues
We will be responsible for reshipping or refunding in the following cases:
• You receive the wrong product or style;
• You receive the wrong size;
• You receive the wrong color;
• There are missing items in your order;
• The physical measurement differs by more than 3 cm from the size chart.
We will not be responsible for reshipping or refunding in the following cases:
• Sizing concerns:The item does not fit,is too small/large,has sleeves that are too short/long,or the size is inconsistent with the size chart(within a reasonable range);
• Customer dissatisfaction.
Quality Issues
We will be responsible for reshipping or refunding in the following cases:
• Defective items(e.g.,non-functional zippers,holes,missing accessories,etc.);
• Damaged packaging upon arrival.
We will not be responsible for reshipping or refunding in the following cases:
• Damaged packaging from scratching or cutting when opening;
• The product is as described but the customer claims it is not as described;
• Perceived poor quality(where the product is not damaged);
• The product is as described but the customer is dissatisfied.
• Logistics Issues
We will be responsible for reshipping or refunding in the following cases:
• Orders not delivered within the shipping time frame:
• EU:Over 35 days;
• Other countries:Over 37 days(calendar days from the day shipped);
• Lost in transit-We will verify the package status with the courier;
• For reshipment,please confirm the address with the customer;
• Frozen(No tracking updates)-EU:Over 30 days;Other countries:Over 32 days(calendar days from the day the parcel last updated);
• Undelivered-If the shipping information is complete and correct.
We will not be responsible for reshipping or refunding in the following cases:
• A refund is issued by the client's customer service after the package is delivered(signed for);
• The tracking shows delivered,but the customer does not receive it and requests a resend or refund.
